Purpose and Scope:
The Senior Manager, Sustainability Management Center of Excellence will:
Lead one or more task(s)/project(s) related to annual objective and get involved in global and cross-functional important task(s)/project(s) as a core member.
Be responsible for a newly initiated project with ambitious goal
Be expected to complete the tasks with a higher level than manager's expectation, coming up with new idea/approach.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Planning
Involve in Annual Planning/KPI setting process and provide insight based on his/her role
Coordinate cross-functional discussion for annual objective to develop action plan and KPI
Develop a draft presentation material for QRM (Quarterly Report Meeting)
Data analysis
Lead one or two ESG/SRI rating response
Analyze ESG data to identify issue/opportunity
Operation/Execution
Lead one or more tasks that are related to the department objective including new initiative, and complete in collaboration with relevant team in timely manner
Manage S-WG or G-WG
POL/GL/SOP development and management
Support talent development for junior.
prototype manufacturing, preclinical and clinical studies, acquisition of technology assets, as well as costs for consulting fees and contractors, etc.

Qualifications
Required
BS or BA degree
English business communication (writing, speaking)
Demonstrated communication ability with cross-functional team and external stakeholders
Strong leadership abilities and proven ability of project management
Result oriented behavior and mind
Preferred
Experience in Sustainability, ESG and Access to Health
Experience in Corporate Communications
Japanese business communication (reading, writing) for non-Japanese applicant
ESG investors network engagement
Experience in cross functional team/group management
