The Director, Omnichannel Analytics will design, develop and implement omnichannel measurement and optimization frameworks to support promotional strategies and campaign effectiveness, and provide input/support to Omnichannel Strategy & Operations group.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement omnichannel measurement and optimization frameworks to support promotional strategies.

  • Collaborate with Digital Strategy Groups and Omni-channel Operations to ensure seamless integration of digital investment insights and Omni-channel Strategy pull-through.

  • Establish best practices in digital investment KPI, diagnostic and QA metrics development across customer/stakeholder archetypes.

  • Lead internal and external resources to deliver digital media insights that inform strategic and tactical brand investments centered around promotional and educational activities.

  • Establish analytic processes to continuously monitor and measure digital campaign performance (effectiveness and optimization) across brands and markets.

  • Lead capability innovation through new methodologies and data interoperability

  • Note: this position is charged with establishing a new capability globally, differentiating it from Director peers.

Quantitative Dimensions:

  • Managing projects with total budget up to $3 M

Organizational Context:

  • Reports to Senior Director, Advanced Analytics & Reporting

  • Key relationships: Marketing teams (Global and Affiliate), Other leads within Commercial Insights (Oncology CI lead, Specialty CI Lead, Data Strategy, Brand Analytics teams), Omnichannel Strategy & Operations GCA- Engagement & Strategy teams, Channel Optimization, External advertising and media agencies, Sales Operations



  • BA/BS

  • 10 years’ experience in analytics related field

  • Progressive business experience with emphasis on digital analytics, customer behavior analysis and performance measurement

  • Proven leadership skills, strong cross-functional collaboration & communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability in taking initiative to proactively evaluate existing promotional strategies and recommend changes, when appropriate

  • People management experience

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees including senior management.
