Astellas is announcing an Associate Director Global Operational Marketing - zolbetuximab opportunity in the United States or United Kingdom.

Purpose & Scope:

The Global Operational Marketing Manager is the member of Strategic Brand Marketing, driving execution of global tactics ensuring continuous growth of priority products.

Core Tasks, Responsibilities and Authority:

  1. Compliance :
  • Embed Compliance Culture across all Regions of the business ensuring Integrity in Action is actively applied in all initiatives.

  • Ensure Marketing Function strictly adopt a culture of ethics and compliance; leading by example and appropriately challenging non-compliance.

  • Ensure adherence to Astellas policies relating to Ethics and Compliance standards and interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) and Patient Organizations (POs).

  1. Job Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the co-creation of the global functional plan with key affiliates supporting the single global brand strategy for current and new indications under the leadership of Operational Marketing Lead or Brand Lead.

  • Maintain active relationship with Commercial Divisions and priority Affiliates.

  • Implement above-region tactics including promotional tools, International congresses, core content for CLM, global advertisement etc. to maximize product sales potential.

  • Develop and implement Patient Support Program frameworks, and other patient materials, based on insights from the patient journey.

  • Codify learnings and best practices of projects

  • Prepare status updates of global tactics for the GBT meetings under the leadership of the Operational Marketing Lead.

  • Coordinate with regional operational marketers, regional operational plans.

  • Global Operational Associate Director will interact with Affiliate, Commercial Division Brand teams, Brand managers.

  • Other such duties as may be reasonably required by the business.
